Leaders are readers

I heard recently this little quote, that ‘leaders are readers’. I think that reading, mostly non fiction, is important for many reasons.

One would be that it stimulates thought. I think it keeps your mind going and may pose new ideas that one is not accustom to.  Another reason may be that it challenges minds. We may read something that challenges our way of thought, and may open our minds a but. The other is the obvious quest for knowledge. I love learning new things and reading is almost necessary in order to learn.

I’m interested in hearing what books my friends and people who are reading this blog are currently reading. Please list in the comments below your favorite book(s) and why, also any books you are currently reading and what they are about.

I’ll go first:

My favirite book is probably mere christianity by C.S. Lewis because the author is very logical and it challenged my mind.

I am currently reading: Little black book of connections by jeffery gitomer, It’s a book about networking and making rich relationships.
